The premise, in the publisher's words
Tover is a game like Tetris, but in 3D. You build a Tower with a maximum height of 20 blocks. You loose, when you reach the top. For a completed row, you will get points. You can move everthing by swiping with your finger and turn the cubes by clicking on the screen.

It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
