Titan Quest II is an adventure game developed by Grimlore Games and released in 2025. It was published by THQ Nordic. It is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Microsoft Windows). It runs on Unreal Engine 5.

Return to the classic mythology-inspired setting of Titan Quest and go toe-to-toe with legendary monsters as you journey across a fantastical reimagining of ancient Greece. Nemesis, Goddess of Retribution, is out of control. She is corrupting the Threads of Fate and condemning all those who oppose her to eternal punishment - including you. Take up your weapon, fight alongside gods, and change fate itself in order to stop Nemesis, free those she’s punished, and weave your own epic tale.

How it plays

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action, fantasy, historical and open world. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.

What it launched against

Titan Quest II launched on 1 August 2025, within three weeks of Mafia: The Old Country, Donkey Kong Bananza, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Sword of the Sea. It arrived 5 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
