How long it takes, and what that costs

A full completion run takes around 25 hrs.

What you need to run it

The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5-6600K/AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 8 GB RAM and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti/AMD Radeon R9 380X. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. It also needs around 100GB of free storage, which is a real consideration on a 512GB drive. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.

It arrived 4 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
