The premise, in the publisher's words
The year is 2037, and the world is in the midst of a devastating pandemic. Cities are under lockdown, and people are forced to live in isolation, locked away in their apartments. You are one of the unlucky ones, trapped in your small, cramped apartment with no way out. Desperate for some kind of escape, you turn to the internet, spending hours each day scrolling through chatrooms and forums, looking for some kind of distraction. That's when you come across a chatroom filled with muscular, virtual bodybuilders, all promising to sell you the latest and greatest performance-enhancing pills. And with Christmas coming up, you're desperate to impress your cute cousin who's coming over to visit…

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
