The premise, in the publisher's words
The player has a multitude of several ways to play the game. Routes include diplomacy, espionage, warfare or a mix of any of these options. The player can pick one of the factions to be the leader of including the United Federation of Planets, Klingon Empire, Romulan Star Empire, or Cardassian Union. Factions have their own iconic characters including Picard, Janeway, Sisko, and Data to name a few for the Federation; and Gowron, Makbar, Garak, and many more in other factions.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are 4x (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate), sandbox and science fiction. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Multiplayer and Single player.
