The mysterious organization known only as "The Helix" is hatching a plan to capture an artifact of great power. The leader of Humanity is missing, presumed dead. The Elves are on the move, capturing territory once again. Tensions are high, all sides need a hero. The future of the planet Web lies in the balance. Carter, a Human peasant from a remote village, is thrust into the center of a conspiracy to create the ultimate weapon: The Perfect Homunculus.
