What Pierline is
Pierline was released in 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unity.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Pierline is a short first-person psychological horror game about an ordinary night that takes an unexpected turn. You play as Daniel Hayes, a Florida traffic officer who decides to spend the night fishing at an old pier along the coast, after a friend recommends the place.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are horror, mystery and thriller. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5-2300 / AMD FX-6300, 8 GB RAM and GTX 750 Ti / Radeon R7 370. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 3GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Pierline launched on 7 September 2026, within three weeks of Marvel's Wolverine, The Blood of Dawnwalker, Control Resonant and Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
Released around the same time: Marvel's Wolverine, The Blood of Dawnwalker, Control Resonant, Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
