The premise, in the publisher's words
Humans disappeared from the world of Palia thousands of years ago and were believed to be extinct. After mysteriously reappearing, a human newcomer is welcomed into Kilima Village by the Majiri. While building a new home and forming relationships with the villagers, they explore ancient ruins and search for answers about humanity’s disappearance and sudden return.
How it plays
It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are fantasy and open world. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO), Multiplayer and Single player. There are 52 achievements to unlock.

Palia holds a critic score of 87 out of 100. That places it above 88% of the 7,525 rated adventure games in our database, which average 72.
