The main story runs about 22.8 hrs.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel® Core™ i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD FX-4100 @ 3.60 GHz or better, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 450 1GB / AMD® Radeon™ HD 7770 1GB or better. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 80GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
NBA 2K19 launched on 10 September 2018, within three weeks of Marvel's Spider-Man, Marvel's Spider-Man, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition. It reviewed better than 1 of the 4. It arrived 5 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Marvel's Spider-Man, Marvel's Spider-Man, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition.
