What Mayfly is
Mayfly is an unreleased adventure game in development at Backyard Zoo, currently scheduled for 31 December 2027. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unity.
The premise, in the publisher's words
A story-rich, quiet horror set aboard a narrowboat in Northern England. Follow Caroline Miller's descent into an increasingly twisted reality as she searches for her missing husband.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for 8 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti or AMD Radeon HD 6770. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it.
