The premise, in the publisher's words
The town's detective branch are known for their speed and intelligence. In many cases, the detectives were able to solve mysteries in only a few hours. The reason why the detectives are so intelligent is due to the mayor of the town, who is very selective on who he allows to be hired into the police force. All employees are required to have went through college and obtained a relevant degree. They must study under only the most famous and difficult schools. Only then may they qualify for the police force. But there was one case in 2016 that the town will never forget. In 2016, a small town experienced a string of murders. The police force wasn't prepared for what they were about to get…
