At first glance, "RYO=RURUBE" is an ordinary girl who can be found anywhere. However, she had a big secret that she could not tell anyone. What a surprise, she was "Fresh Charge RURU", a Fighting Princess of Light who fights against huge evil without being known to others. The battle against "BELF," an evil army that plans to take over the world by stealing people's motivation, has just begun. Hang in there, RURU, don't lose. Do your special flying kick, the "Burning Spirit"! Come on, today is another day... Fresh Charge!
