The premise, in the publisher's words
You just became the editor for a newspaper in a troublesome country. First, you have to make a choice. Will you support the government or will you go against it? Supporting the government can result in bankruptcy since there are a lot of newspapers doing just that already. Or you can take a stand against it and confront a president with questionable integrity, who is rushing towards dictatorship, without drawing too much attention.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What it launched against
Editor's Hell launched on 17 April 2023, within three weeks of Dead Island 2, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Dredge and Honkai: Star Rail. It arrived 6 years into the Nintendo Switch's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
