The minimum specification calls for Ryzen 5 3600 / i7-7700k, 8 GB RAM and GTX 1070 / RX Vega 56. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 1GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
