The premise, in the publisher's words
ClaimLand is a location-based multiplayer game played on a real-world map. The Earth's land surface is divided into a grid of plots of roughly 25 × 30 meters, and players can only visit and buy the plots near their actual GPS position. Owned plots earn in-game gold every minute, and other players can buy them away at a price that rises with every sale. Players level up from 1 to 40 to extend their reach, build on their land in five stages from a tent to a castle, and compete on worldwide and per-country leaderboards. All currency is earned by playing; there are no real-money purchases and no payouts.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are business. Available modes: Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) and Multiplayer.
