The premise, in the publisher's words
You're a zombie, happily enjoying the afterlife (Resting In Paradise). Unfortunately, they've found a way to cure zombies back into humans...the problem is, you don't want to be human again! Why would you want to worry about brushing your teeth, eating red meat, doing your taxes, etc.? The good news is that they didn't manage to fully heal you--just partially expose you to the cure. So you need to find an "anti-cure" before your health fully returns and you get transformed back into a human. Keep your health down by doing things like jumping on spikes, catching on fire, and getting bitten by sharks...and avoid the health-restoring health packs and all the entities trying to turn you back…
How it plays
It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
