What Vexlands is
Vexlands is an adventure game developed by Apogee Entertainment and released in 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unity.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Vexlands is a realm of surprises. Every newly opened space brings a surprise: loot, resources, dungeons, monsters and disasters! Build your village where you craft new equipment before you explore uncharted areas, and find relics that explain who came before and why these lands are cursed.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are survival. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core Duo 2 and 512 MB RAM. At 1GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Vexlands launched on 30 September 2026, within three weeks of Marvel's Wolverine, Control Resonant, Silent Hill: Townfall and Valheim.
Released around the same time: Marvel's Wolverine, Control Resonant, Silent Hill: Townfall, Valheim.
