The premise, in the publisher's words
Lanny B. Brilliant was completing his work on the creation of eight new elements that weren't on the periodic table. But his research found the atoms were highly unstable. Now it's up to you to help him bond three or more atoms together in stable molecule chains.

It is played from a side view perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
