In near-future Tokyo, a mysterious, upside-down city suddenly appears in the sky. A tower stretching from the city connects to the National Diet Building, forming the demonic tower known as the “Dark World Diet Tower,” and the monsters that travel through this tower begin to overflow into the city. Japan, which suffered the devastating blow and is isolated from the outside world, established a new organization in order to rebuild its fallen government and fight against the monsters. That organization is called the “Cyber Tactics Cabinet.” The girl who assumes the office of first-generation prime minister of this new cabinet decides to advance into the Dark World Diet Tower in order to…
