This game is presented episodically, with Mehrdad as the main character in the first part. In terms of story, it can be said that Thrateon is the sequel to the game Age of Heroes and Roiintan. Boras, a powerful commander, has come to save the people of Zabol, driving the Div away from Zabol and sheltering his people in Jiroft, a city under a huge Gokaran tree.
