They Came From Space is an online team destruction game where players must destroy the city, collect energy, and use it to take out the opposing team. Players take on the role of the alien Overseer in VR or a drone pilot outside of VR in a world where cloud-compute allows physics on a massive scale.

It is played from a virtual reality perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
