The Helper is a fast-moving, energetic, fun and madness-packed 2D video game that allows you to play as “The Helper” (hence the name, duh!), a lad that helps The Professor by gathering Gravity Crystals for his secret experiment.

It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.

The Helper launched on 31 January 2023, within three weeks of Hogwarts Legacy, Atomic Heart, Dead Space and Metroid Prime Remastered. It arrived 3 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
