What Terrible Life Expectancy is
Terrible Life Expectancy is an unreleased indie game in development at Super Mega Team, currently scheduled for 31 December 2027. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Terrible Life Expectancy is a roguelite top-down shooter with Survivors elements. Fight absurd hordes of mutants for the amusement of an unseen bloodthirsty audience and only inherit all your upgrades as long as someone in your family is still breathing... or at least twitching.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action and horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD FX-6350, 8 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, 1 GB or AMD Radeon HD 7570, 1 GB. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 1GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
