Terraformers is an indie game developed by Asteroid Lab and released in 2023. It was published by Goblinz Studio. It is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Linux, Mac and PC (Microsoft Windows). It runs on Unity.

Terraformers is a 3X game with roguelite elements in which you terraform Mars. Explore the planet's wonders, exploit its resources and expand by settling new cities. Start the terraforming process: warming the planet, creating oceans and spreading life!
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are 4x (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate), sandbox and science fiction. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What it launched against
Terraformers launched on 9 March 2023, within three weeks of Resident Evil 4, Atomic Heart, Dredge and Octopath Traveler II. It arrived 3 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
