It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are educational. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.

Sudocats launched on 14 March 2022, within three weeks of Elden Ring, Tunic, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Gran Turismo 7. It arrived 2 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
