Submerged is an adventure game developed by Uppercut Games and released in 2015. It is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS and PC (Microsoft Windows). It runs on Unreal Engine 4.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Submerged is a peaceful, combat-free exploration adventure set in a dystopian future where rising seas have drowned the world, leaving only the tallest buildings of a once-great city jutting from the endless ocean. The story follows a young girl named Miku and her seriously injured younger brother, Taku, who drift into these flooded ruins after fleeing a troubled home. Alone and desperate to save Taku, Miku takes shelter atop a towering clock tower and sets out across the sunken cityscape in a small motorized boat. Her quest is a simple but urgent one: to find the supplies she needs to treat her brother's wounds. Guided only by her wits, she rows between the half-submerged towers…

What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Dual Core 2.0+ GHz, 4 GB RAM and GeForce 9800GTX or ATI Radeon HD 4770. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 3GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Submerged launched on 3 August 2015, within three weeks of God of War III Remastered, N++ (NPLUSPLUS), God of War III: Remastered and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 2 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: God of War III Remastered, N++ (NPLUSPLUS), God of War III: Remastered, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.
