What Shelf-Employed is
Shelf-Employed is an indie game developed by DuoQ and released in 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unity.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Restore order to a chaotic magical warehouse in this cozy first-person organizing simulator. Sort 4800+ packages into their proper places, unlock useful spells, and speed up your sorting. Turn towering piles of boxes into neatly filled shelves, one satisfying row at a time.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are fantasy and mystery. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i3-6100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200, 4096 MB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti or AMD Radeon R7 360. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 3GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
