The premise, in the publisher's words
A deep sea diver ventures beneath into a underwater cave system and slowly gets disoriented and lost within the area, with no way to contact anyone, you must now escape the claustrophobic caves filled with dangerous environmental threats and frenzied bloodthirsty sharks.

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are horror, stealth and survival. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
