2030, scientists and military set up an IA called PSI, to stop the impending global crisis. New York City, PSI's test city, finds itself at the heart of an increasingly divided conservative America. From this division, the seven districts called Cities are born, each holding a part of the components used to make this AI work. Search these components called CEROMS to relaunch the test program and to revive the hope of the unification of the peoples. The world didn't wait you to come.
