Following a catastrophic containment breach, a secret SCP Foundation facility descends into chaos as dangerous anomalies escape. The player takes on the role of a Class-D test subject attempting to survive and escape the site while navigating its endless corridors and encountering hostile entities. Along the way, they uncover hidden secrets and make choices that influence multiple possible outcomes.

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action, horror and stealth. It supports multiplayer for up to 64 players online, and includes co-op. Local play supports 1 players. Available modes: Co-operative and Multiplayer.
