ROM Check Panic! is a fan sequel/remake of Farbs’ 2008 fangame, ROM CHECK FAIL. It now also serves as a fan sequel/successor to the NES Remix series, now with the added Remix Mode! Go for a high score across 20 constantly changing levels. The goal is simple: defeat all the enemies… but who they are and how you fight them changes every few seconds. Or test your speed in a set of curated challenges for you to get your best times.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
