The main character, Tuner, who aspires to be a tuner, was captivated by the "magic sound" at a regular concert of the instrumental music club of Higashikanade Academy, and entered Higashikanade Academy with the desire to support the instrumental music club. However, according to the head of the club, Momoka Kusanagi, the current instrumental music club is in danger of being discontinued, as all the members have turned their minds away from music.
