The premise, in the publisher's words
A Story Exploring the Truth of a Lost World Year 20XX. Viruses harmful to human bodies spread from a certain country. As if in agreement, natural disasters occurred in various places. The world can no longer sustain civilization. The air is dirty, the water stagnates, "Aptitude" became necessary even to live. From underground, the creepy creatures begin to crawl. People lose most of it. Under the torn sky, to live, we dived into the ruins of civilizationthe - the dungeon, "Explore" something. What is a Quester? A handful of people who survive such an abandoned world.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are fantasy. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
