The premise, in the publisher's words
Lario the hipster was bored, so he decided to race a snail while the paint dries. However when Lario defeat the snail, the paint overdries and caused a chemical reaction making the gulf oil spill. This angers the Liberals, so the Liberals captures Lario and turned him into a tree. Lario collected guns to scare off the Liberals, but this caught FBI's attention and put Lario under the top 10 most wanted list. When FBI confronts Lario asking Lario to show his drivers license. Lario relies that he's a tree, making him no longer the most wanted fugitive according to the FBI. Lario decided to habitat a planet by cloning himself.
