The premise, in the publisher's words
In the usual Phoenix Wright style, the player comes across the new case rather unexpectedly when his big rival Franziska von Karma shows up at the Wright & Co law firm. Much to Phoenix's surprise, she is accused of murder and will soon be on trial. As a merciless prosecutor, she has already made many defense lawyers sweat, all of whom are now refusing to take on the difficult case. Phoenix is their last hope!
