The premise, in the publisher's words
% is a puzzle game where you have to figure out how to get 12 gauges labeled with Greek letters filled to +100% and -100% respectively. This is done by changing the cells on the playing field in accordance to the distribution table which is generated in the start of the game.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
