Soma is a 2015 survival horror video game developed and published by Frictional Games. He embarks upon discovering its history, while trying to make sense of his predicament and potential future.

How it was received
OneTry holds a critic score of 30 out of 100. That places it above 2% of the 7,525 rated adventure games in our database, which average 72. Games released in 2026 averaged 78, so it scored 48 points below the year average.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM and RTX 2060 / AMD Radeon RX 5600. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 10GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
OneTry launched on 14 January 2026, within three weeks of Hytale, Cairn, Mio: Memories in Orbit and Pathologic 3. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 6 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Hytale, Cairn, Mio: Memories in Orbit, Pathologic 3.
