What No Elevator is
No Elevator is an unreleased adventure game in development at Silent Cats, currently scheduled for 31 December 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unreal Engine 5.
The premise, in the publisher's words
After an exhausting day at work, all you want is to collapse on your couch and see your wife. There’s just one tiny problem: the apartment stairs are blocked off for emergency repairs. Sure, there’s a perfectly functional elevator right next to you... but with your severe claustrophobia, stepping inside is completely out of the question. Left with no other choice, you grab your trusty plank launcher and decide to reach your high-rise apartment the only sensible way remaining: climbing the outside of the building, one wooden plank at a time.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i3-6100 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (or equivalent dual-core), 4 GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 520 / NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 / AMD Radeon Vega 8. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 3GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
