What My Garden is
My Garden is a simulator game developed by Technosoft and released in 1999. It was published by Sega. It is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation.
The premise, in the publisher's words
You are a young girl who is sent off to your grandmother's home to help her out with her gardening, as her age is making it more difficult for her to tend to it herself. Much of the gameplay is very reminiscent of Harvest Moon; time passes in days & hours, and players have a life gauge which limits the amount of work they can do in the course of one game day, but it can be slightly replenished by eating sweets or resting on benches.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What it launched against
My Garden launched on 2 September 1999, within three weeks of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear and Shadow Man.
Released around the same time: Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, Shadow Man.
