It's been two months since that crazed farmer broke into Moon's office and roughed him up for trying to drain the ocean to free up some extra beach side property. Moon was relaxing with his good friend and business partner, Bob, enjoying tea and snacks (a dish enjoyed by anyone who is rich enough to afford not working in the middle of the afternoon). Little did Bob and Moon know, there was trouble brewing. Secretly, a giant machine had been constructed beneath Salsa.
