The premise, in the publisher's words
Forget being limited by a class type, in Load Roll Die your only limit is what faces you find each time you play. Become a tank by adding shields to your dice, explore wizardry by calling down lightning from above, become a face stealing rogue, or mix them all together with something else! Each run fight your way through three procedurally generated worlds on your battle to the top. Steal a face from each enemy you beat to build the strongest dice set you can! Each run you encounter different maps, different dice, and different synergies to take down your opponents! The die is the limit!

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are fantasy. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
