The premise, in the publisher's words
The screen is split horizontally in two halves: light and dark, and the dark side is upside down. You are constantly moving forward and every time you press a button you switch between the sides. You also jump by pressing a button and can fly some distance by holding a button. Collect the coins to score points and avoid hitting the spikes.

Light Dark launched on 23 October 2023, within three weeks of Alan Wake II, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Forza Motorsport. It arrived 3 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
