The premise, in the publisher's words
After murdering his partner, WS is sentenced to Mental Labyrinth Rehabilitation Therapy, an operation overseen by The Doctor under L.A.T.H.E. (Laboratory for Algorithmic Therapy and Human Experimentation). Officially, it’s treatment; in truth, it’s research. L.A.T.H.E. studies how broken minds reconstruct themselves, turning grief into data and trauma into product. The crypt WS explores is his own. And the entities he fights are memories that refuse to stay buried.

It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action and horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
