What Junkpot is
Junkpot is an unreleased indie game in development at Velum Games, currently scheduled for 27 October 2026. It is available on Linux and PC (Microsoft Windows).
The premise, in the publisher's words
A roguelike about bidding blind on sealed storage crates. Read the odds, buy the crate, then stack charms that multiply what falls out. Type combos, rarity bonuses and odds boosts compound into one engine. Build it fast — the quota doubles every round.
How it plays
It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Any modern 64-bit processor, 1024 MB RAM and Any GPU with DirectX 11 support. At 1GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
