The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5-2500K / AMD FX-6350, 8 GB RAM and GeForce GTX 960 / GeForce GTX 1050. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Hot Wheels Unleashed launched on 30 September 2021, within three weeks of Deathloop, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Far Cry 6 and Death Stranding: Director's Cut. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 1 year into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Deathloop, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Far Cry 6, Death Stranding: Director's Cut.
