Heiankyo Parameters

The successor to the original Parameters game, Heiankyo Parameters adds a few new features to the game. Territory Occupying territory is done by clicking and holding the mouse button over an empty or semi-occupied territory. Territories have a number of different levels of occupation, each providing a different quantity of cash once completed. Each territory also provides automatic income at regular intervals once it has been obtained. Yellow territories are occupied by aliens and must first be cleared before they can be built upon.
