The premise, in the publisher's words
A comical story about the "magical mirror" that makes wishes come true. You can see the dialogue demos that unfold during the intermission and when the boss appears, and the dialogue between the characters that changes when the 2 players mode.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Single player and Split screen.
What it launched against
Gunbird launched on 6 April 2020, within three weeks of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Doom Eternal, Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Persona 5 Royal. It arrived 7 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
