Each level consists of a grid of stones representing the five elements (wood, fire, water, metal, and aether) which the player must clear by clicking on a group of three or more adjacent stones. Clearing the stones will cause those above to fall down, new stones to fall into the play area from the top, and fill up the player's power meter. The power allows the player to use "gesture magic", which is activated by preforming certain movements with the mouse while holding down right click. The available gestures are indicated at the bottom left.
