The story follows various denizens of Gensoukyou as they investigate an influx of magical energy that seems to create race tracks in many locations. Due to the energy of some of the characters being sapped, they decide to ride on top of each other in flight to conserve magical power.

It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action, comedy, fantasy and party. It supports multiplayer for up to 7 players online. Local play supports 4 players. Available modes: Multiplayer and Single player.
