The premise, in the publisher's words
In the year of new 1940, the earth's population was replaced by androids created by man after the devastating effect of the nuclear war. androids made their own robot utopia, but under the glimmer of the cities, hides a dark secret Seigi Kazuichi was another police officer android doing his duty, capturing evildoers who dares destabilize the peace of the utopia, but one event would change his life forever and entangle him in a series of bizarre murder cases.
